This is an 80s coach jacket from the University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team, the alma mater of Michael Jordan.
The color is Carolina Blue, also used on the Air Jordan 1. The Tar Heels mascot, Rameses, is embroidered on the left chest.

There is no noticeable damage, but there are a few stains. They are all faint and barely noticeable. They are only visible upon close inspection and shouldn't be a problem for those accustomed to vintage clothing. I have included images to show them as clearly as possible (images 7-11).
