The Fortunate Pilgrim by Mario Puzo. SIGNED COPY. 1997 Random House Hardcover First Edition of this reprised Random House Edition from the original 1964 Printing. Mario Puzo has a new preface in this edition that’s very personal and acknowledges that this is his favorite book of all the books he’s written. Shortly after this 1997 edition came out and shortly after he signed this book on the cover opposite front page, “To Esther and Jay, Best Wishes, Mario Puzo,” he passed in 1999 at 79 years old. Book in is excellent vintage condition, see pictures. Very collectible and probably one of his last signatures. Very rare. Free shipping.
