This is an "asics" RAGAR vintage rugby sweatshirt.
It's a vintage ASICS "RAGAR" line from the 80s-90s,
Made in Japan.
The front features an original graphic print of a tiger, with a rugby motif.
It's not an existing anime/manga character,
but an official design that ASICS created for sports at the time. In recent years, ASICS vintage and sports graphics have been highly regarded overseas, and the number of Japanese-made items is decreasing year by year. The color is gray, and it's a size equivalent to M.
